Shanghai Low Rider

This guy's a hero. If you live in the nanchang rd area, you might have seen him already, low riding in the streets of the French concession with a big smile on his face after picking up mama's vegetables or buying soy milk at the convenient store. I promised myself to ask him next time how he got this bike. Pretty sure there must be a sweet story behind it...
